Let’s get the festive season started with our Pavlova Martini 🎂 This recipe combines the delicious elements of my Pash Inn Mixer (vanilla and passionfruit) and the wonderful pavlova dessert into a liquid gold suitable for any sweet tooth.

What you need:

- Mr. Consistent Pash Inn Mixer
- Licor 43
- Elderflower liqueur
- Mascarpone
- Raspberries
- Ice
Accessories
Method:
1/ Create
Add into shaker:
- 15ml Licor 43
- 30ml Elderflower liqueur
- 75ml Pash Inn
- 1 heaped tbsp Mascarpone
2/ Shake
- Shake with Ice
3/ Serve
- Double strain into our High End Coupe or stemmed coupe
- Garnish with 3 x raspberries on a cocktail stick
- Enjoy!
