I wanted this to create a sense of community shared with fellow cocktail lovers so they can enjoy boutique style cocktails in the comfort of your own home! Sounds great right?

Jalapeno Margarita by: Mr. Consistent
INGREDIENTS:
- Mr. Consistent Margarita Mix
- Tequila - 500ml
- Byron Bay Jalapeño Chilli Sauce - 15ml
- Mr. Consistent Dried Chillies - 10g

- Cocktail Shaker
- Cocktail Strainer
- Fine Strainer
- Jigger
- Mason Jar
- Funnel
- Microplane Grater

METHOD:
1: Chilli-Infused Tequila
- Chilli-Infused Tequila
- Roughly chop 6 dried chillies and 3 fresh chillies and add to a jar. (If you want to tone down the spice, only use the dried chilis.)
- Add tequila (keep the bottle).
- Shake to combine ingredients.
- TIP: Allow to steep up to 24 hours pending yours pice tolerance.
2: Create
- Add 75ml Mr. Consistent Margarita into shaker.
- Add 15ml Byron Bay Jalapeño Chilli Sauce.
- Add 45ml Tequila.
- Add one crushed dried chilli for a little extra spice
- Add ice and shake vigorously

3: Serve
- Double strain into cocktail glass.
- Garnish with Mr. Consistent dried chilli.
- Enjoy!
