Welcome to our watermelon & lychee martini cocktail recipe - perfect for shaking up on a beautiful Summer weekend.
Super easy to make, perfectly balanced between sweet and tart and looks impressive if you’re serving it to your friends & family!
Watermelon and Lychee Martini by Mr. Consistent
What You Need:
- Mr. Consistent Waterboy Cocktail Mixer
- Mr. Consistent Le Bebe Cocktail Shaker
- Mr. Consistent Dried Lime Cocktail Garnish
- San Pellegrino Bitters
- Blender
- Vodka
- Ice
Method:
1/ Create - Lychee Puree
- Blend Lychees and juice in a blender until smooth & combine. Double strain into a spare bottle
2/ Shake
- 75ml Mr. Consistent Waterboy Mix
- 45ml Vodka
- 45ml Lychee Puree
- 20ml San Pellegrino Bitter
- Add Ice and shake vigorously
3/ Serve
- Double strain into cocktail glass.
- Garnish with Mr. Consistent Dried Lime, enjoy!
