You will need:
- Mr Consistent Lychee Martini Cocktail Mixer
- Gin or Vodka (or a non-alc replacement spirit, or water, for a mocktail)
- Fresh peaches (or a can of peaches if they are out of season)
- Cocktail Shaker
- Ice
It’s so easy to make this one, just muddle some fresh peach slices in the bottom of a shaker, then add 75ml of Lychee Martini Mix and 45ml of Gin.
Shake well, then strain into a coupe with fresh ice and garnish with a peach slice.
