HAVE YOU HEARD? I’ve launched Mr. Consistent’s very own podcast! The Shake Up is a podcast where we shake sh*t up here at My HQ and have a good time while sipping some cocktails! We invite like minded guests to join us in our studio to discuss their own journey as well as all things culture, business and lifestyle hosted by Co-Founder, Jarrad Bell.
