Step 1: Exercise

- A fresh dip in the ocean or alternatively a cold shower to kick start your circulation and help calm your nervous system. Trust me, its worth it!
Step 3: Meditation
- Meditation comes in all forms. For some it can look like journaling, finding a quiet place to focus on breathing or even manifesting success by planning your day. I like to start by using the Calm App to realign and finish off by using The Glow Up Journal in order take control of My happiness and productivity.
Step 4: Nourish and Fuel
- The best part of my 4 step routine, refuel! Remember, food is fuel and giving your body the nourishment it needs to get through the hustle and bustle of your day is key!
